The room was quiet for sleeping with the fan on, even tho a busy street is nearby and a Karaoke bar downstairs. They let me check in early (8:30 am) after I had flown all night. The location was fantastic for walking to/from the OHSU hospital campus and to the South Waterfront downtown (lower Tram terminal area). If others want to walk to Casey Eye Institute or OHSU hospital, it is easy to cross Sheridan and walk by the park - either along Terwilliger Blvd, or along SW 4th to the dead end and take a rustic path up the hill that joins Terwilliger Blvd about 200 yds from Casey Eye Institute.

Nice stay the room was a decent size but has very cozy vibes, the bathroom wasn’t super fancy but did have a nice mirror with bright lights in there which was a nice touch. The damage deposit was also only $50 so that was nice compared to other hotels holding $300 from me. My absolute favorite though had to be the beds were just absolutely so comfy, I wanted to take them home. The sheets also felt nice and clean. Definitely recommend a stay there! Great parking and location close to lots!

Scott and Tony were very welcoming on our arrival and very helpful with planning our time in Portland. I need gluten free food and it was a nice surprise to find hard. boiled eggs as part of the breakfast foods available. Breakfast in USA is very limiting for someone with gluten issues. .

We wasn't able to eat the breakfast but the stay was excellent it was affordable the room was clean and it was quiet.. parking was free and it was close enough to the hospital for my appointment. The stsff was very helpful. I will stay again in the future. And I recommend to others.

The free breakfast was better than expected. Good variety of food and drink choices. Free parking and there was always space available when we needed to park. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. House cleaning was efficient and thorough. Room and bathroom was clean.
